Transcurrido el tiempo, escurrimos las alubias reservando el agua de remojo.<\/li><li>Disponemos las alubias en nuestra olla a presi\u00f3n Forte Magefesa, y acompa\u00f1amos con el chorizo, la costilla, los ajos, la cebolla, el pimiento verde y el piment\u00f3n.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adimos el aceite de oliva virgen extra y cubrimos con el agua de remojo reservado.<\/li><li>Salpimentamos al gusto.<\/li><li>Una vez cerrada la olla, seleccionamos posici\u00f3n II en la v\u00e1lvula reguladora, y con la potencia del calor al m\u00e1ximo, esperamos a que \u00e9sta comiencen a liberar vapor.<\/li><li>En ese momento, bajamos la intensidad del calor a potencia media &#8211; baja y dejamos trabajar entre 24 y 28 minutos dependiendo de la calidad y variedad de la legumbre utilizada.<\/li><li>Finalizado el tiempo dado, retiramos la olla a presi\u00f3n de la fuente de calor y liberamos la presi\u00f3n utilizando el m\u00e9todo de liberaci\u00f3n natural de la presi\u00f3n, consultar el manual de instrucciones.<\/li><li>Cuando el sensor de presi\u00f3n descienda y nos permita abrir la olla; retiramos la cebolla, el pimiento y los ajos pelados que introducimos en el vaso de una batidora Magefesa.<\/li><li>Licuamos hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 suave y homog\u00e9neo, reincorporamos \u00e9ste pur\u00e9 resultante a la olla.<\/li><li>Dejamos reposar unos 20 minutos antes de servir.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
